SpireTHERAPY is located on the second floor of 415 Main Street, Ridgefield, CT 06877, conveniently located right in the middle of Ridgefield’s historic and beautiful village on Main Street

We are in Suites A, E, F, H, I, J & K!

Suite J is our calm and inviting waiting room in my office suite J, where you can calmly and privately wait until your session time. This room has soothing music, a fireplace, a Nespresso machine, tea, water and wifi!

Suites E, F, H, & I are where we offer our therapy sessions. These large private offices are bright and airy and are located on the second floor of 415 Main Street (directly above Planet Pizza, Accente Hair Salon, Queen Bee Coffee, and Dr. Amatuzzi). These large and tranquil private offices are deliberately appointed with sections that are well suited for clients of all ages. The offices are filled with many therapy-style toys and games, a sand tray with toys, puppets, so many play therapy games, and arts and crafts. I have very deliberately chosen therapy-based toys and games that foster incredible personal growth for my child clients. There is also an art table for art therapy, which is suited for all ages! There is also a very comfortable couch with a wall fireplace, soothing smells, and soft sounds to compliment the therapy session.

Suite A is our group therapy room where we have our skills building and therapy toolkit building group sessions as well as our parent collaboration group sessions too!
