Our unique approach utilizes the patented SpireMETHOD, a comprehensive, curriculum-based therapy program that offers personalized 1:1 therapy for your child from ages 4 to 18 (we also treat adults too, 18+!). In addition, we provide dedicated parent support sessions led by Denise Santangelo, our resident parent specialist and the founder of SpireTHERAPY. These sessions are designed to equip you with effective strategies to reinforce your child’s therapy skills, while also providing valuable tools to support their self-regulation, and help them adapt to life’s ever-changing challenges.

Beyond individual therapy, we incorporate workshops and group therapy to foster a sense of camaraderie among children and teens. These group settings help them recognize that they are not alone in their experiences, while developing essential skills such as self-regulation, impulse control, executive functioning, emotional intelligence, and social skills. By engaging in these interactive sessions, they not only build practical coping strategies, but also gain confidence through peer connection and shared experiences.

To ensure a holistic approach, we also provide workshops for parenting adolescents and teens, allowing you to learn and practice these strategies in a group setting too. This way, you can better support your child’s growth, reinforce their skill development at home, and navigate the journey together with a community of like-minded parents.
